In The Studio
I created Wave Song to capture the visceral feeling of presence near the ocean - the salt spray in the air, the rhythmic roll of energy moving toward the shore, and the sun warming the crest of each wave before it breaks.
Through layered color, softened movement, and atmospheric texture, I wanted this piece to hold the feeling of standing close enough to hear the water breathe. It is about motion, energy, life, and presence.

Wave Song is inspired by the movement and sound of waves as they gather, crest, and reach for the shoreline. Soft coastal blues, sea-glass greens, muted neutrals, and layered texture create an ocean landscape that feels atmospheric, immersive, and quietly powerful.
